The children fell in love with Kiawah when they first visited 13 years ago, prompting their parents to put down roots here. The densely wooded lot posed a challenge that Cumulus Architecture & Design overcame by fitting the home in the spaces between, creating a tree house-like feel and softening the volume of the 5,500-square-foot home.Frank and Noreen BrittWalls of glass frame the view from the living room, which features a Verellen “Gregoire” sectional and swivel chairs arranged around the reeded marble fireplace.
