Ingredients
- bitter orange simple syrup foam
- cherry fluid gel
- 1.5 oz. Gentleman’s Jack
- splash of soda
- ice
Method
Blend Gentleman’s Jack, soda, and ice to make a slushee.
Line martini glass with gel. Top slushee with cherry gel.
Top off with foam. (deconstructed Old Fashioned)
