Ingredients

1.5 oz. Gentleman Jack
1 oz. Lemongrass Syrup (house-made)
3 wedges lemon (squeezed)

Method

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice. Shake vigorously, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

This cocktail is a take on a more refined Lynchburg Lemonade. The lemongrass is grown at Lowndes Grove and the syrup is made at Fish. Simple, fresh, and the Gentleman Jack definitely shows through.
